The photographIE club is inviting all IE students to an exciting night shots event this Friday, 23rd Feb07 at 22hr. We will start at the area between the Palacio Real and the huge cathedral opposite, Catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Almudena and will proceed thereafter to other very important places of interest and one of them will surely be the BOTW!

Please note that it is a “MUST” to bring at least two cans of beer or a bottle of wine, so you can use this as a tripod (probably you can also drink them ?). Don’t worry if you don’t have a camera; this is also meant to be a social gathering to mingle with other section’s folks. So just come along and have fun! If sufficient people are joining, we will assemble a great group photo. Don’t miss it!

PhotographIE Club

Our intended first PhotographIE Club meeting this Saturday at 12.00hr overlaps with An IMBA pre-program class. Please take note that our meeting is postponed to 15.00hr at Castellón de la Plana building. I’ll be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building, so please come on time!

My apology if this causes any inconvenience to you. Hola to all photography enthusiasts and those who want to become one!

My name is Otmar Winterleitner, IMBA 2007 student, photography amateur and the organizer of the new PhotographIE Club. The purpose of the this club is to exchange photography related knowledge, getting to know better our class fellows, exploring our new and exciting environment in and outside of Madrid and of course HAVING FUN! Everyone is welcome to join, except those who have a bigger camera than me! :-) Well, regardless what model/type of camera you own or what your level of photography expertise is, please do not hesitate to join, also if you are a total beginner with a small point & shoot camera. I intend to have one weekend session per month, but depending on our MBA workload.

The first session will take place next Saturday, Novmeber 4th, at 12:00, on Pinar 18 building (P-211) and I am looking forward to welcoming you.
